[SPECIAL] Feedback to Singnet's gotoassist (For Cust Svcs Agent: Si Han)

This is the feedback in the survey from "http://www.gotoassist.com/ph/singnet". 

Typed in English as the instructions and questions are all in English.
I didn't know that there is a time limit and as a result, I went overtime and the survey could not be processed.I accidentally closed the browser and lost the first part, but I didn't want my effort to pen a sincerely from my heart feedback to go down to waster, and as I don't know where I can send this feedback to (the main page didn't include this as one of their subjects), thus uploading it here though dunno if anyone will notice this la.. =)

The incident has really brought inconvenience to the daily life of my family. It is not the first time that we are frustrated with the problems after using the Mio Home plan and have to contact the technical help desk.

Worth commending is the customer support experience received. The agent is friendly and helpful, addressing every question I have and providing additional support i.e. support that I did not ask for, such as where to test the internet connection bandwidth and how to locate the best option or product that can address my problems, as some options focus on a particular service, which may be unable to resolve all the problems faced. The remote help desk tool used has helped to resolve the issue easier but not faster as about an hour was spent.

The root of my problems is due to the opening of the ports of some applications, which can be automatically resolved if the modem is upgraded. I am not sure if there is such setting, but I suggest that the modem can at least upgrade automatically and frequently.
